"Could not open socket" error when posting a question-not logged in

Hello,
When i try to post a question(not logged in) or to add an answer i get a blank page with the following error: “Could not open socket”.
Any ideas please?

This is happening only when recaptcha is activated!

Do you really need the recaptcha functionality for users not logged in? Also please share url of your site for further checking.

Hello OLG !
Please check again your site, I think you don’t yet add the API to ReCaptcha section in the Dashboard > Q&A > Setting (General).
