Chris BergWe installed the latest Focus 1.0.9 a few weeks ago and so far, the customization page won’t let me expand any options on the left hand side. I’ve tried with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and also Firefox. Help please? =) Thanks!

DominicYou can tell me detail about this issue, please send me your site and a screenshot for further checking.
I have checked your site and this issue does not come from our theme. I have activated the Twenty Fourteen theme and get the same issue. I think you can try Re-install wordpress in your hosting.
The faulty plugin that was messing with theme customizations was the Image Widget, just FYI.

Update – It appears that it could be just with my site. I redownloaded the theme, uploaded it to a new site and I could access it that way but when I went back to my main site, still nothing. None of the options will expand and none of the widget options show on the screen either, add to that a white, blank page for the preview.
