Customize fields not working

Under Appearance > Customize screen my fields will not populate. I always have to deactivate ALL plugins before i can edit the customize section…

Any ideas….?

Hi,
This issue come from a plugin in your site. Maybe there is a conflict in plugins. to resolve this issue, you just possible disable the plugin.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem.If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s).
