JedsI’m trying to edit the markup used on questions, however, those pages are automatically generated by the plugin and act differently from pages I create. I’m not sure where I should add these snippets of code in. What should I do to make this change?

DominicAt the moment, the plugin has not template file for the archive or tag page. So, you can customize these pages.
About the single question, you can create the single-dwqa-question.php file in your theme folder to customize.
