DQ Question & Answer Plugin Layout Issue

Hi Team
I have purchased this DW Question & Answer Pro plugin. I have installed it in OceanWP theme. it is working fine. but i am facing hell lots of challenges in layout customization.

List question is opening in one page layout
When i am opening a question to view the answer it also opening in different layout

Even there is no proper documentation for layout customization . How to do that. I was trying to replication the layout as in your website for forum
Please help

At the moment, the plugin gets the style and layout of your theme.
If you want to customize the layout of the plugin, you can create the “dwqa-templates” folder in your theme folder and create the “styles” folder in the “dwqa-templates” folder and create the “your-style” folder in the styles folder.
then go to the plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/templates/styles/default/ and copy/paste the template files into the “your-style” folder to customize.
If you want to override the style, you can create the style.css file in the “your-style” folder to add your CSS.

Also, if you want to customize the page layout, you can create the page template for the question page.
If you still face their issue, you can send me your site URL and username & password of your site for further checking.

I have already deployed the DW Question & Answer pro in my word press website for Ocean-WP theme. Below are the sampe url of the same.

1) Question List Page URL – https://www.imgisoftacademy.com/forum/
2) Ask Page URL – https://www.imgisoftacademy.com/ask/
3) Question View Page URL – https://www.imgisoftacademy.com/forum/sample/

I have used elementor pro plugin to build pages. So in my question-list page and ask page i have used elementor pro to build page with some layout decoration. But when i am opening the question view page,each question is opening in different page layout. How do i opened it in the same layout as Question List page.

Also , before configuration of the permalink the question-list page is opening in the exact layout as i have designed using elementor but after configuration of the permalink to the question page , the layout has changed. i dont know which layout it is taking.

i got confused from where it is taking the changes and how to apply similar page layout for both question list & question view . Because for Ask page i was able to configure it and it was working as expected

At the moment, you can not use the Elementor pro plugin to build the page for the single question.
The single question page will get the layout of your page.php or single.php file.
