Hi,
I activated the “Approval by admin” option in the Plugin settings page and when our users ask a question and click the submit button, they see the error page instead of seeing the message “Your message has been sent and is awaiting approval”. also I update the permalink but again, this error occurs frequently!
The page error is:
This page isn’t working
this site is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

What was the problem? What was the solution??

When I log in on the site, I have no problem with asking questions and this happens after asking a few times question

It’s error about permalink of the question list page and permalink in the settings of Q&A.

Hi, we do have an issue. Initially we had the free version of the plug in and then we paid with the hope we can get our issue resolved.

The plug in works for a few tries but after a while it stops working and we see error messages. When I google it seemed like this is a know issue. Is this true? Our web sites goes down after a day or so. Can you help?
