michael.halter.77The Blog page is not working properly on my site. I have set the category to be used from something different from "Uncategorized," but it is still showing the wrong post on the page. Please advise on how to fix.

I think you have some mistakes when adding a new blog page. Please log in to Dashboard > Pages > Open your blog page then go to the Page Attributes pane on the right hand side, select the template as blog.

Next, You can go to Theme > Customize > General Settings then select layout is the Right sidebar or left sidebar.See the Screenshot:
