DW Focus redirects to root site after install in subfolder

Hi there,

After three attempts to set up this template,

http://hollywoodgazette.com/v2

loops back to http://www.hollywoodgazette.com (which intentionally will redirect you to hollywoodgazette.com/FL)

any idea why this is happening?
