- I have already created parent and child categories (not the DW glossary ones). How do I display those?
- I want to display it on a page, not in a post style but a page style (without the sidebar and sharing icons)

chiccelebSure but I deleted the plugin yesterday since it wasn’t compatible with my theme. I have put in a request for a refund on ThemeForest, kindly accept and refund my money.
DominicYes, I will check your request. However, this is not issue come from our plugin and our plugin work fine with your theme. You don’t know use your theme to build a page to insert a shortcode.
