DW-QA Install problem and Compatibility with WordPress version 5.3.2

Hi,
I’m having trouble installing the plugin. “No valid extension has been found. The install has failed”.
I’m using the file: codecanyon-9jblMwhb-dw-question-answer-pro-wordpress-plugin.zip
Is it because I’m running WordPress 5.3.2?

Please unzip this file then you can use the dw-question-answer-pro.zip file to install, you can send me username & password of your site and we will help you install the plugin.
