DW Question and Answer - No "Answered" Notification going out to the person who asked

Hello,
I’m having an issue with QW Q&A. When a question is answered, a notification email does not go to the person who asked. Emails go to the admin for answers, and the person who asked the question will get an email for a comment on the question/answer. Email notifications are enabled on the settings page. I’m not sure if it is a bug or if I am not doing something correctly. I am on the current version on the plugin.
