DWQA and W3Total Cache

I disabled the theme cache for admin and all logged in users, but still applied for anonymous, do you provide a way to exclude DWQA list page and single question page from caching mechanism? Other plugins like woo commerce providing such thing to give better experience like this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/.
