I can assign a ticket to a user, they get the email notification fine and it links to the question, but when “My Ticket” is selected they get the message, “Sorry, but nothing matched your filter”. Reinstalling the plugin does not work.

Sorry, it’s not a publicly accessible site.
Is there anything that I can check for? File to look into, edit?
