DWQA forum page not working

Hi Dominic,
Hope you are well.
You previously fixed an issue I was having with the DWQA forum on our wordpress site.
It’s stopped working again, see below.
If you click on any of the below entries, it gives an error message.

I have checked and see that the site still work fine. If you still face their issues, you can let me know detail about it.
