My client has a site with your DWQA (free version) plugin installed. While everything works in backend and users can submit new questions, the question page itself is blank.
So if someone is trying to view a question and it’s answers, they’ll just get an empty page without any errors. If you submit a new question, it will take you to an empty page after submitting the question.
The question category pages are also blank.
The plugin version is 1.5.7. and due to some other reasons, I can’t update or reinstall any plugins at the moment so I can’t test if updating fixes this.
I also can’t provide you with login credentials due to security reasons.

tommilI’l send the URL privately in the next message. However, the issue has changed slightly. Before the question page only gave a completely empty page but now I get Error 500 when trying to access the page.
I’ve solved the issue. It had something to do with Sage theme templates and the partials are inherited.
