Edit question shows html tags

Hi, I am having trouble with a new site I created and installed the latest DWQA Pro that was was released recently.

When I edit a question, I can see html tags like <p> and <br/> . Is there a fix for this?
Also I would like to know, is there a theme to make my site look like this forum? (https://www.designwall.com/question/). I want to do the minimum amount of css and customisation, I’m happy to wipe the site and restart it again if there is some theme that I can install.

2/ At the moment, the theme using for the DesignWall is a custom theme from our team and we can not publish it. if you want to get the design as our forum, we can help you custom it with a charge of fee.
