Editing html output of plugin

How can I edit the output of the html?
I’d like to add classes to buttons etc and utilise bootstrap.

At the moment, you can customize the template file of the plugin, you can download the following folder then add to the theme folder then add the template file to the my-style folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2g0fywfvub971er/dwqa-templates.zip?dl=0
