Empty page when viewing a question

Hello, and thanks in advance for your assistance.
I have recently installed DW Q&A on my wordpress site and after configuring the pages to ask and list questions, i am available to list and post new questions.
I have however, a problem when trying to answer / view these questions. When i click on the link to the question, an empty page pops up.. Views counter does update, and the url refers to the question, but that’s all.
any help on how to solve this would be very welcome.
