Fatal error "cannot redeclare class", how to fix it?

I get the fatal error:

Cannot redeclare class DWQA_Widget_Categories_List in /home/revarder/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dwqa-widgets/widgets/widget-categories.php on line 98

On stackoverflow there is this thread (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/708140/php-fatal-error-cannot-redeclare-class) where they propose solutions but I have no coding skills at all, so maybe you could help what what exactly I have to change in the code..

You can send me username & password of your site for further checking, I have checked on our demo and it still works fine.

I have checked your site and see that the DW Q&A pro have included all the extension, you don’t need install the new extension. you can find all the widget in your Widget tabs of your site now.

Note: You can remove the DWQA Widgets plugin.
