Help in changing the colors of dwqa plugin !

I want to change the color of the white areas ( which are associated with the dwqa plugin ).
Kindly visit the two links given below and See the white colored area and help me to change it some other color.
I could manage to change the color of the title area and comment area.

I dont know If I am able to express the problem clearly , it will be helpful if any mentor can guide me for 5-10 mins to change the css code.

In this case, you can refer here: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/css
When you know how to get the class, you can add the code to the style.css file or Customize > Additional CSS.
