Uninstall from Q&A Plugin is not complete

Hi,
i testest this Q&A Plugin an after uninstall therer are fragments of this plugins in Database anymore.
Much worse, it is still a empty style.css in subdirectory “dwqa-templates” of my theme.
This file is still called.
How can i stop the request of this file?
