Thanks, but I think that is because a broken file in server tranfer.

If you want to post an audio post, you can follow this guide https://codex.wordpress.org/Audio_Shortcode.
Can you give me more details ( ftp, admin account of your site ) for further checking ? We have tested but did not face this error as you said.
