Hello,
I am having some problems between DWQA Pro and W3 Total Cache.
For example, when I answer from my admin account, I see the answer immediately. But when I answer with a second test account, the answer won’t appear for a couple of minutes, even with me refreshing the page. Many of my readers end up doing duplicate answers because they think the first answer wasn’t submitted.
I have tried adding DWQA in the W3 Total Cache exceptions on each type of caching, but it didn’t change anything. Caching is supposed to be disabled for logged in users, but I only see it working for admins, not for subscribers.
Any ideas on how to exclude DWQA from W3 Total Cache?
Thanks

Hey guys, it’s been four days. None of you has a suggestion on how to exclude DWQA from W3TC?

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you.
In W3TC you can specify files or cookies that are ignored and not cached.
Exclude Files from Cache
To do this go to WordPress Admin > Performance > Page Cache
In the screenshot … you will see I’ve added a custom file from a Q&A plugin. These are excluded from being cached.

wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/dw-question-answer.php

You can also specify your custom cookie to not be cached …
Browser Cache Settings
BUT also check your Browser Cache settings as you’ll probably want to reduce these from 1 year to 1 month or week or day.
