How can I reset my password?

I forgot my password to my DesignWall account. Your settings don’t allow me to reset the password. I see this error: “System is unable to send you mail containing your new password”

At the moment, our system having issues with the Mailchimp, and we have disabled it. Please let me know the password and account that you want to change, I will help you update it.
