Can you freeze or lock a catagory?

Can you freeze or lock a category so users are unable to create new questions or update existing questions.
For example you may have a category for a legacy product. Or a category for announcements maintained by an admin or manager account.

At the moment, the plugin does not support to freeze or lock a category. I sent and notified to our technical team about your issue, we will check it.
