How do I change the text for all the words in the DW Q&A Plugin?

I want to change to Korean, but the language translation is very poor and not fully done. How do I change it manually?

In this case, you can use the Loco Translate plugin to create a .pot file then use this plugin to translate all the wordsin the plugin.
You can send me your language file and we will update it in the next version.
