How to add alt title for user profile images in wordpress?

I am creating a website where visitors will be able to register and upload their profile picture or it will fetch from gravatar images. I want to add alt title for the profile pictures for seo purpose. There is no option in wordpress dashboard to add alt title for images. Any option?

At the moment the plugin and the theme does not support this feature, you can use the following the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-image-seo/#installation
