How to add menu on the right site of posts as in demo ?

How to add menu on the right site of posts as in demo , that is a menu with pages1, pages2, page 3, page 4. on the right side of home page posts, as in the demo ?

You just need add more post in the Dashboard > Post and setting the number of post that you want to display in a page.
