I need to change some basic wording from questions to meetings and so forth

If you want to change this, you can open the question-submit-form.php file then find the line 83.

Sorry to butt in, but any changes to the .php will be lost with any updated plugin version.

You can go to the wp-content/themes/your-theme folder then create the dwqa-template/styles/default folder then copy the question-submit-form.php file to custom it.
