How to exclude staff from the leaderboard

Hi there, at the moment my leaderboard is actually just full off staff as they are helping people answer questions as they’re running the site – how can I stop staff from being included in the leaderboard?

At the moment, the plugin does not support to exclude staff from the leaderboard widget.
