Own title for single question

Hello.
Now plugin use standart title of posts.
But i have rule – all posts on my site have special titles with my text. 
Its look like:
<?php if(is_single()) :?>
My text <?php the_title(); ?> text text
<?php endif; ?>
And now questions have this title too: “My text <question name> text text”
it not that it is necessary for me
 
How i can add special rule for questions titles? 
Plz, help me. Its the last stroke :>
