How can I keep one post static while still having the others show up after it too?
Currently, our theme does not support this issues yet. You only select number of the posts you wish to show in the categories. Yes, you can select many categories if needed.
However, to assist you better, we will send and notify our technical team about your problem. Also, we will be intended to update this theme.
