how to use knob javascript?

hello.
I want to use a circle progress in my website widget with knob javascript. I try to use the tutorial to make that progress but I fail.
Please see this link and tell me haow can I make this?

Hi Shahryar,
You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/jam/, i saw that plugin support for knob jquery so i thought this is easiest and more quickly way to include knob jquery for page.
