bob bob The first problem is my child theme messes up the DW question answer competely and I do not know how to fix it.
The other one is when a subscriber tries to view the questions you can see them for a second loading and they disappear.
I can’t give access to my site because it is an Intranet, internal within the company.

Which theme and child theme are you using?
Can you provide screenshot of your site pointing out to the issue?
As you said that we could not access to your site because it’s intranet, you can take screenshot of the admin settings?

bob bobI am using the theme Nevia and yes i have tried other themes. every time a subscriber tries to access the questions it does that loading thing and then the says there are no questions at this time…
Is there anyway to override the css of my current theme, so i can use this amazing plugin?

Is there any questions asked on your site? Please try to use the default WordPress theme, and de-active all other plugins on your site to see if the problem is resolved. If it isn’t, please send us a screenshot about your issue so we could investigate further.
