Important Questions: Assistance needed please!

Hey,

So I am using the DW Q&A plugin with the "User Profiles Made Easy" Plugin to create a Q&A website with nice profiles. I really like the functioning of the DW Q&A plugin, but a few technical issues came up:

1. As you can see, the profile picture in the comment field is too large. How can I shrink it down just like the answer field
2. The "Question details" part of the "Ask Question" page does not let me type anything or leave a description. How can i fix this?
3. Currently when viewing from my iphone, profile pictures do not appear for questions/answers/comments like they do in the desktop mode. How can I add them in?
4. The text for the "follow/following" button is too vertically aligned and gets cut off by the end of the button. I would like to make the text fit within the button.
