Installing quickstart on bitnami

I have the bitnami wp stack installed on my laptop, I want to install the quickstart focus package. i have looked at the video which seems to be installing the complete wp package. Is there another way or how can install it using bitnami.

My theme can install on the wordpress, and you can install wordpress with Bitnami.

Sorry can you be a bit more specific, do I need to over write the entire WordPress application or just the theme & images. The video on YouTube goes really quickly and is hard to see.
