Is DW Reaction GDPR Compliance?

1. Good day, I would like to confirm if the DW reaction button compliance with GDPR. Also, let me know how you ensure that.
2. I noticed that plugin on wordpress.org has been updated last 4years ago, I tried it and it didn’t work well on the mobile view of my website.

1/ At the moment, the plugin does not compatible with the GDPR

2/ We currently do not update for the plugin. We are focusing on another project and will stop update some plugins on the WordPress.org.
