Is Image Upload not a Pro Feature?

I’m just wondering becaus all Answers here says use imgur-plugin (which not work on this page) …

At the moment, the plugin does not support this option and we have provided a plugin to help you upload the image, you can refer here: https://codecanyon.net/item/dw-tinymce-imgur-upload-wordpress-plugin/16386641
About this page, we have disabled this option and do not update the ID&APi.
However, you can download and use the latest version and it will work fine with the latest version.
