Is it possible for the admin to make a user’s question private?

A user asked a question and I (as an admin) want to make it private. And have it only available for myself and the user (who asked the question).
Is that possible?
I have purchased DWQA Pro for my wordpress website

Yes, you can do that with the private option from the backend.
