Larger logo above movile nav bar

I want to place a larger logo on the mobile / tablet version ABOVE the navigation bar:

Currently the logo is very small indeed and i need to think about visitors with impaired vision. Having a larger logo or a logo that maintains a reasonable size above the navigation bar makes it look really clear and recognizable.
