Is there a way to see the latest answers? I can get a list of questions, but I want to be able to know in real time when a question has been answered, and even better see the question and answer displayed in some way.

At the moment, the plugin does not support this option. I think it’s a good idea. I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check discuss about it.
