Hey guys, I just purchased and uploaded the pro version. There weren’t any special instructions in the folder so I just uploaded via my wp-admin and activating the pro version caused a 500 error bringing the entire site down.
I restored from a back-up point, and tried a second time while also turning off several other plugins. 500 error again. This pro version appears to be un-usable. Very disappointing.

If you are using the plugin free version, please remove the old plugin and upload the pro version. If you still face their issue please send me username & password of your site, I have help you check and resolve it.

Hi Dominic,…
When I install Q&A pro i am getting error 500 in the front end when logged in (which needs to be because the Q&A forum is for logged in users). I tried your solution of fully removing old plugin and re-uploading the pro version, but did not work, still error 500, If i disable DW Q&A, error 500 goes away until i re-enable DS Q&A again. This problem did not happen with the free version.
I need your help!!

I have disabled Q&A for now until you can provide some advice/assistance… How should I provide a username and password to you to log in and see.

That worked. You may want to add that to the purchase instructions.

Thank for your feedback, I sent and notified our writer about this problem, we will update this instruction to the readme file of the Q&A plugin or under the description of the plugin.
