Making time series charts with text labels

Hi.
I would like to create a time series chart with interactive data points. When you hover your mouse over the data point, it should show more info about it.
Here is an example: http://rpubs.com/Saurabh_Modi/China_India_GDP
If you hover your mouse over various points on the red line, you’ll find explanations.
Is it possible to do this in DW Chart? Please let me know.

At the moment, the plugin does not support to show more info when hover the data point as you wish.
