Move "Ask Question" Button to top

Want to move the “Ask Question” button from bottom to top, next to “Sort by” – https://industry-resource.com/qa/
Reword “Submit” button to say “Ask Question”. also change color and size to look like other “Ask Question” button on front QA page – https://industry-resource.com/qa/im-not-seeing-results-is-my-pr-team-failing/
Change text of title “Tag” to say “Topics” – https://industry-resource.com/ask-a-question/

We made the changes you sent to us, however they are not working. ( we sent a message to your chat with the links.

Please check the style that you selected in the Dashboard > Questions > Settings.
If you selecting another style not the Default style. Please rename the industry-resource/dwqa-templates/styles/default into industry-resource/dwqa-templates/styles/your-style
