Multiple votes and offline use?

Dear Team,
we have a special environment: One installation and one login which is shared by multiple persons.
Is it somehow possible to allow unlimited votes for the same user? (maybe there is a hook we can use, or something else?)
Can we use the plugin also offline (of course no updates, and so on)

Dominic, the same applies to “DW simple reaction”. Can we also allow unlimited votes for one user? Thank you!. Really great plugins 🙂
