RandallI have purchased and installed DW Focus on our site KTTN Radio and, the boss likes it. For some reason though, the news slider has stopped working on an intermittent basis. It only works about 1/4 of the time. Site is up and live, yet ongoing in development.
I have checked this issue on multiple PC’s, at multiple geologic locations, using Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Browser caches have been cleared prior to checking, and, WP Supercaches were also deleted in order to get an actual site pull. We are on Cloudflare as well.
I have tried disabling all plug in ad-ons 1 at a time to no avail. They have been re-enabled after checking all of them. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I can provide a login for the Design Wall Dev team if needed.
Also, I noticed today, that the "Trending Now" ticker seems to occasionally list portions of a headline. I am wondering if a comma (,) and or quote (‘) in a headline is a bug. One of the headlines used today was– Newborn found frozen at recycling plant was mother’s ‘dirty little secret,’ prosecutor says — and, the only thing on display is "prosecutor says" Also, I’m assuming with a fixed font in the Trending Now ticker, a longer than average headline is extended to another line.

If you want to change the font for the Widget title, you can use the following code into your style.css file:

The Comma ( , ) and or quote ( ‘ ) issue is non-existent. It is nothing more than headlines simply being too long, and, are extended to the next line in the "Trending News" ticker. I thought perhaps that a comma or quote might be acting like a line break, however, it is now.
If it’s not too much trouble, could you tell me what was wrong with the news slider, so that if it happens again, perhaps I myself can correct it?

dominicI have helped you resolve the issue in the "Trending News" ticker, you can check your site now. About the slider issue, just added a Js code to set time auto load for the carousel, you can check in the footer.php file.
