Dear John,
We have noted down the refund case from you already, but since we are all on holiday (as we have announced on the top bar) the refund has not yet processed.
We will process the payment as soon as we are back to business on 5th Feb.

So you didn’t start processing it on the 25 like you told me you were doing in the following email…
“We have received your refund request 1 day ago (our time) and we are processing it.
We also received your question regarding to the issue with image gallery, our apology for the late reply, however we could not check the issue without your site URL and admin account.
So yes, we will issue the refund to you immediately and it will take sometime for Paypal to process and return the money to your account.”

Hi John,
We have made the refund case, but it’s not only our side to process the refund request. I cannot tell specifically how it works but unfortunately the end side has not yet sent the refund request to Paypal.
I will remind the staff again as soon as we are back to business.
