Notification emails not working

Hey there,
I\’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out why I can\’t get email notifications to send from questions, answers or comments. WP is sending new user notifications no problem so I know that smtp is working. I just can\’t get notifications to work. Help!

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked on our demo and this feature working fine, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

All good, I figured it out. However, could you explain what the differences are between Q&A Free and Pro are and why Q&A Pro is not part of the downloads in my lifetime subscription which includes all premium plugins? I was expecting all Plugins when i purchased the license.
