Override DW Notifications file in child theme?

Hello,
I would like to know if i can overriding some of DW Notifications plugin template files?
I tried to create a new folder with the same plugin name/paths and i copied files there, but nothing happen!
ex: plugins>dw-notifications>templates>default>notification-item.php

ex: child-theme>dw-notifications>templates>default>notification-item.php

I want to edit this file and popup item also in my child theme? can i override them?

At the moment, you can copy the templates folder in the plugins/dw-notifications folder and paste into the child-theme then rename the templates folder with the following name “dw-notifications-templates”. And now you can custom the template files.
