Page header error | DesignWall

The title of the question page is giving an error. The page is called "Foro" - 
Forum in English  but it automatically adds the word "Archivos" - Files in English
next to it as you can see in this link.

I have checked on the WordPress dashboard and the link of the page and 
the title is simply "Foro".

How can I solve that? Thanks
